Before your session

Do NOT  brush / floss your teeth / gums for 4 hours prior to your appointment. 

You may rinse with mouthwash.

It is recommended that you eat prior to your appointment.

While most clients have zero complaints of discomfort, we recommend an add-on of True Minerals Mineral & Desensitizing Treatment.
This will be applied prior your teeth whitening service. You will be provided with the remaining product for take home use. 

Say bye to your stains!

Do NOT brush  / floss your teeth /  gums for 2 hours.
For the next 48 hours

-brush gently with a white toothpaste

-do not brush gums

-do not use whitening nor baking soda toothpaste 

Drink water for the next 2 hours to hydrate the teeth.

Avoid food + beverages for 2 hours. Water is encouraged during these 2 hours.

Avoid dark colored food | beverage for at least 24 hours.

NO tea, coffee, soda, Kool-Aid, red wine, tomato sauce, red meat, dark / bright colored vegetables, or anything with heavy color for at least 24 hours.

You can resume without restrictions if you are using Shield & Shimmer. You will need to re-apply the Shield & Shimmer to your teeth immediately prior to eating / drinking each time you consume food / beverage for the next 24 hours.

Quit! 

Do not smoke nor chew tobacco for at least 2 hours.

If you purchased the Shield & Shimmer & Shield add-on, you can continue without restriction. You will need to re-apply the Shield & Shimmer to your teeth prior to each time you smoke. For the next 24 hours. 

Most teeth whitening clients do not complain of sensitivity. If you do experience sensitivity after your teeth whitening session, you can purchase the True Minerals  Mineral & Desensitizing Treatment For home use.
taking a mild OTC pain reliever can also offer some relief in these instances.
